Full Exterior Renovation
17 Sailview Dr, North Topsail Beach, NC 

This project consisted of a full exterior renovation, beginning with the renovation of three decks using premium pressure treated lumber. Copper flashing was installed around all doors and windows to prevent water intrusion and improve long-term protection. The exterior was then upgraded with the installation of Hardie® siding throughout the entire home.

The open lower level of the house was originally unfinished, with no walls or enclosed space. Our team framed and constructed full exterior walls and installed Hardie® siding panels around the house, converting the open area into a functional enclosed space suitable for storage. The project was completed with full exterior painting, including all deck handrails, to achieve a clean, custom finish.
